Scheduling for the SRP energy bikes classroom presentations in the 2023-2024 school year is NOW OPEN!!!

 

 Thank you for your interest in hosting SRP's POWERING OUR FUTURE classroom outreach presentations! The presentations are available to 4th through 8th grade classes in the Phoenix metro area.  

We are excited to visit your classrooms in person for the 2023-2024 school year, and will retain the "Zoomcast" presentation format for online schools & students. Please be sure to note if you would like the virtual,  Zoomcast format.

What grade level(s) are you scheduling for?
If you are coordinating for other teachers, please include those presentations in your total. Note that we require a minimum of 2 presentations per day when visiting a school.
Number of consecutive days you want presentations to be presented. Must be between 1 and 5. Please note a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 presentations per day.
Please list the first and last names and school email addresses of all other participating teachers.
Please provide a proposed schedule for the day(s) of presentations INCLUDING individual presentation/class start and end times, as well as the number of students in EACH CLASS. We will contact you to amend or confirm the proposed schedule.
All classes must rotate through one room due to the large amount of props and equipment involved in the presentations. If you are scheduling for multiple days, we are happy to switch rooms at the end of the day for the next day’s presentations.
List any health or safety precautions we should know about or if you have any special needs or instructions regarding the day’s schedule. Any unique parking or entry instructions for our staff can be listed here as well!
