Scheduling for the SRP energy bikes classroom presentations in the 2024-2025 school year will begin in August 2024.
Welcome to the SRP's POWERING OUR FUTURE classroom presentation Scheduling Page! We are transitioning to an updated scheduling system using Google Forms for the 2024-2025 school year. We will begin accepting submissions in August 2024. We will publish the link to the scheduling form on this page for your convenience. To streamline the scheduling process, you can prepare the required information so that you have it ready when the form opens. We will ask for:
- The participating grade level(s)
- Your first and last name
- Email addresses for all participating teachers
- A teacher or classroom phone number
- The school and district name
- A room location where all classes can take turns receiving the presentation
- The number of presentations requested (corresponds to the number of regular-sized classes participating)
- A first, second, and third choice for your preferred presentation day
- A proposed daily schedule with student totals, in this format:
10:10-11:10 (Garcia-6th, 30) 11:15-12:00 - Lunch 12:05-1:05 (Wilson-5th/6th, 29)
